Crossing Identities by Semra Sevin

Semra Sevin, a Berlin fine art and fashion photographer, creates photographs and video-interviews of students 14-18years old between Berlin and L.A. Sevin advances subjects of diversity and national identity. 

In addition to ‘Berlin Lab’, other Berlin-related events celebrating the Los Angeles and Berlin’s 50th anniversary will run from September through October. The Berlin-related events include the international premiere of Babylon Berlin, a new TV show co-written and co-directed by BAFTA and Golden Globe®  nNominated Tom Tykwer, with Achim von Borries and Henk Handloegten; the achtung berlin and German Currents – Festival of German Films in LA; the STATE Festival for Arts and Sciences; and many more events to be announced in the coming weeks.
