Berlin Weeks

Berlin has made its way through Los Angeles and we had a blast! Thank you to everyone who has come out to all of the events! From the international premiere in Downtown LA of Babylon Berlin to the STATE studio for arts and sciences, Berlin Weeks included countless events for all to enjoy and celebrate the 50th anniversary of Berlin and LA as sister cities.

In addition to ‘Berlin Lab’, other Berlin-related events celebrating the Los Angeles and Berlin’s 50th anniversary will run from September through October. The Berlin-related events include the international premiere of Babylon Berlin, a new TV show co-written and co-directed by BAFTA and Golden Globe®  nNominated Tom Tykwer, with Achim von Borries and Henk Handloegten; the achtung berlin and German Currents – Festival of German Films in LA; the STATE Festival for Arts and Sciences; and many more events to be announced in the coming weeks.
